In Chinese culture, the red lantern is a symbol of prosperity. During important holidays, they are hung in parks, along main streets and even in space.

How are these lanterns made? In North China's Shanxi province, one small village has developed an entire industry around it. Yangzhao village has fewer than 1,000 households but it produces and sells more than 12 million lanterns a year. Let's visit the village to find out more.
