Rescue efforts succeed as Central China hit with heavy rains

Subway stations have been submerged Tuesday, and some passengers were trapped in a train in Zhengzhou, Henan province, Central China, as continuous heavy rains has brought severe flooding. A video shows that local rescue teams arrived at the scene and took quick action for an intensive rescue mission. So far, 12 people were reported to have died in Zhengzhou.
